Full Body Stretch

Our body accumulates tensions and exhaustion through everyday work and sports, leaving us feeling stressed and tired.  This class will use certain yoga techniques to relax and lengthen those deep tissues and small muscles that are stiff or even aching.  We will focus on those areas that normal stretching cannot reach in order to thoroughly relax the whole body.

If you start to feel less flexible or want to have more muscle endurance, this class will meet your needs.

With proper breathing and mindful training, you will find yourself realigned and relaxed after the class

“Back” to life

Proper alignment of your body will make your muscles, bones and joints cooperate to give you a sense of flexibility and lightness that will help you in your daily life. This class emphasises on strengthening muscles of the back to support the spine; release tension in the shoulders and lower back; build proper alignment of muscles to support healthy postures; awake the sensitivity of our back for subtle movements; and cultivate a sense of ease and comfort to perform daily tasks.

Work Recovery Yoga

Days after days sitting in front of the computer and in the office makes our back tense and the shoulders slouching.  It is very helpful if we can relax and stretch those stiff muscles that cause problems to our spine and neck. In the class, we will focus on releasing the tension on the back, and build up strong and elastic muscles that support our spine. Good postures for the back and shoulders are crucial, we will work on those muscles that give us strength to open the shoulders and the upper chest.  On our back, we will learn how to draw the scapulas down and elongate the muscles on the lower back in order for us to sit up straight. Apart from muscular training, shifting the focus of the mind to sense the body and face our emotions would be very useful to reduce stress in the brain.  We will spend time on training the mind to scan the body, and learn to listen to the messages sent from our body.

Mind and Body Relaxation

To relax the body and make it flexible, we need to train the mind, this class will focus on softening tense muscles through proper poses and addressing their causes through mental work. Release fatigue and pressure from the brain so the effects will demonstrate in the body and inject positive elements to the mind to create a supple body with vibrant health.
